When you submit the interest form, this site stores the fields you provide in a private SQLite database for class planning. It sends the process owner a notification email containing your contact, business, and task fields, and sends a transactional confirmation to the email address you supplied. Accessibility notes stay in the private database and are intentionally omitted from both messages. If you separately select optional marketing consent, that preference may be used for occasional notes about future classes and agent work. The optional planning questions can help the instructor prepare anonymized examples; leaving them blank costs you nothing.
We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, advertising technology, or automatic identity collection. Site fonts, scripts, and images are served locally. The venue section embeds Google Maps; Google may receive ordinary request data such as your IP address when that map loads, subject to Google’s policies. Marketing consent is optional and stored separately as a preference. Accessibility notes are optional; share only what is needed for class planning, and do not include medical detail. We do not sell your information or send submitted form content to an AI service.
Entries are reviewed monthly and deleted when they are no longer needed, no later than 12 months after the last class-related contact. To ask about or request deletion of an entry, email robert.fuller@divraykoves.com.
